Venue

The venue is the ASB Showgrounds, 217 Greenlane West, Greenlane.  The Pavilions being occupied are 1 – 10 and outside areas.  Show Information Centre will direct couriers to your stand. Please advise drivers that we will not sign for packages.

Show Information Centre

Located in the main foyer, our show information team can help you with enquires.  Show phone number is 09 630 4555.
The Office Buy Business Centre will be located in the Main Foyer.  They offer business solutions such as photocopying; fax and your general stationery needs. 

Catering and Bar Facilities

During build-up, there are limited food outlets that will be open, so we suggest you to tell your staff to bring your own food while setting up your stand.

Complimentary Free Coffee & Tea during build up days – Ask Show Information for location.

During Show Days, the food locations are as follows: Food Court in the main foyer, Hall 5 Foyer, Hall 10 cafe and Food caravans by the Grand Stand on top of the main drive.

Exhibitor Lounges are located in a room upstairs above the main foyer of Hall 2, mezzanine floor of Hall 5, Hall 7, and upstairs Hall 8 and in Hall 10.  Complimentary tea and coffee is available.

Stand Cleaning

EENZ’s contracted cleaners will vacuum your stand each night.  If you do not require this service, please notify Show Information prior to show opening.
