Based in Dargaville Northland, New Zealand, Wild West Worcester (WWW) is owned by Katie Le Noel and family. It all kicked off when Katie started to make a recipe from your mother-in-law. For the last 35 years, Katie has been refining these family recipes and you can taste the quality of there slow brewing process right through to the last delicious drop.

Batch brewed and aged to perfection; our Wild West Worcester isn’t your average table sauce. Silky smooth, with a depth and complexity of flavour that only time can create, our sauces are award-winning addition to any meal, like a fine wine, our sauces take time to mature. Each limited-edition run is a true labour of love. Katie (nanna) handles cooking and bottling, then the rest of the whanau label and package each and every bottle, and jar by hand.

Wild West Worcester is truly a whanau effort, and everyone has a part to play. Katies Husband Kevin built the custom kitchen where all the magic happens and is the mastermind behind the market fit outs. This is where Katie’s son-in-law Henry and daughter Dominique – aka the Saucerer and the Sauceress and their 4 children – the little WWW crew – Riaz, Zion, Poppy and Billie, step in to showcase their handmade products to the public.
