Get ready for a sizzling event as the incredible team behind BBQs & More and the NZ Steak Cookoff Association is gearing up to host the NEW Great NZ BBQ Steak Cookoff Competition, “Home on the Grill”.
A Rare Delight
Amidst the smoky ambience, 20-30 teams will passionately compete for the ultimate glory and top honours. And you will be treated to tantalizing tastings and BBQ expertise from the talented participants.
You’ll see customised barbeque rigs, lots of jaw-achingly perfect pieces of meat and a bunch of passionate personalities who just love barbequing and are happy to share their secrets.
The Grillmasters Meat & Greet
Not only will the audience get to taste the product of their efforts, they’ll be invited to give it a go themselves. So come along and talk to the ‘Grillmasters’ – they love sharing their tips so you can get the best out of your BBQ.
Kids on the Grill
The fun extends to the little ones with the Kids BBQ Cookoff Competition, where budding young grill masters get their chance to shine and showcase their cooking prowess as they take on the ‘Classic Kiwi Burger’ challenge. Come and check out the next generation of barbeque barons as they show their skills behind the grill.
It’s a day filled with mouthwatering delights and a celebration of all things BBQ!
