SUNDAY IS FAMILY FUN DAY at the Auckland Home Show, with extra FREE entertainment planned to make it a great day out for the whole family.
We’ve got heaps of attractions including Face Painting from Rainbow Rascals, colouring competitions for the kids, Paint a Rock challenges and ‘Easy As Kids Workshops’ by Mitre 10 for all the up and coming DIYers out there.
Plus, more goodies and activities throughout the Show. So bring the kids and plan to spend your Sunday at the Auckland Home Show.
FREE Face Painting

The talented face-painting artists from Rainbow Rascals will delight you and your children with their friendly manner and their artistic talents. They have a wide repertoire available and have designs/picture menus for the children to choose from.
So bring the kids along to the main foyer area of the Auckland Home Show (outside Halls 2-3 entry) between 11am-3pm on Sunday for FREE face painting!
FREE 'Easy As' Kids Workshop - How to Build a Butterfly House
2pm Sunday, How To Workshops - Hall 8, hosted by Stan from Mitre 10For the up and coming DIYers, Stan, Mitre 10 will take kids through how to build a Butterfly House. All materials provided. Limited to 20 spaces, bookings essential. Book at the Show Info desk, main foyer Hall 2. Sessions are approx. 40-45 mins. Most suitable for 6-12 years, child must be accompanied by an adult.
FREE 'Easy As' Kids Workshop - How to Build a Bird House
3pm Sunday, How To Workshops - Hall 8, hosted by Stan from Mitre 10Learn how to Build a Bird House from Stan, Mitre 10, as he guides your budding builder through the process of building a Bird House. FREE Paint A Rock Activity Station
10am-5pm, all show days, Hall 8Engage your little artist's imagination with the delightful "Paint a Rock" activity, where they can transform ordinary rocks into colourful masterpieces, sparking endless creativity and outdoor fun! Adults can join in the fun too!
